I did an urgent order for contact lenses online from Optik after my usual retail optician let me down after 3 weeks of waiting. Optik's customer service is outstanding. They gave me a call after I'd placed my order and after I explained my son was now down to his last pair of contacts they 'came to the rescue' and arranged a courier to send us a trial pack overnight. It then only took a couple of days to have the complete order couriered to me. Amazing service and very friendly & helpful staff - thanks heaps John & Leigh. (... oh and the exact same contacts cost me $185 LESS than the other clowns I'd ordered from!!)
