RES/REI has been manufacturing hand-assembled eyewear since 2011. A distinctive design coupled with an excellent handmade production have helped to make RES/REI a brand recognized for quality and innovation. RES/REI focus on blending crafts and design. We make frames that are carefully crafted to last years and to age beautifully. RES/REI aims is to give credit to the Italian craftsmanship. For this reason RES/REI is completely made in Italy, from the first idea to the final product. In a consumeristic society, in which object are disposables, quality is a big part of RES/REI. Also personality is important to RES/REI. We design frames that are not just a little bit unique, but can make you look a little bit unique too.

RES/REI means “the thing” in latin. It means an existing object, with substance and form; but it also means a concept, an idea.

Everything is about passion: from the ambition to make an innovative project, to the enthusiasm of working closely with artisans that build each frame by hand.
